Responsibilities
- The candidate will have to do outbound calling on the given data and Own Data
- Candidates will be responsible to generate leads for Personal Loans, Business Loans , Home Loans
- Need Analysis/Eligibility Profiling
- Fixing up an appointment
- Timely follow up with all prospects. 100% follow up calls to be made
- Responsible for complete knowledge of company products
- Generating References
- Responsible for complete knowledge of company products and policies
- Need to capture conversation with the customer effectively
- Providing market feedback to the supervisor
Requirements
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Good knowledge of English/Tamil
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
