Field Sales Officer

Job Description

• Assessing customer needs.
• Evaluate sales strategies to determine how effective they are.
• Design new sales processes and strategies.
• Sell products using several different methods to satisfy customer needs.
• Follow up on customers. Per day Meet minimum 20 customers, Monthly 500 customer
• Prepare and submit field marketing sales reports to the respective managers.
• Meet sales quotes, better yet exceed.
• Arrange meetings with the clients or visit their offices or homes to persuade them to buy a product or subscribe to any service which our company is offering.
• Answering customers’ questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
• Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customers appointments, and customer complaints.
