Job Description

  • Familiarize with all products and services offered by the organization
  • Generate leads through different portals and other sources
  • Cold call North America based prospects, explain about company’s products and services, and fix up online meeting appointments with the decision makers
  • Carryout possible virtual networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients
  • Send cold emails to prospects and do regular follow-ups to fix up meetings
  • Share inputs with internal teams on prospects expectations and general market trend
  • Update CRM with all call/ email outcomes
  • Report details to the Manager/ Sales Head at regular intervals

Desired Skill Sets

  • Good written and verbal skills in English
  • Good networking skills, research skills and analytical skills
  • Ability to identify prospects’ pain points, suggest them suitable products or services that may lead to fixing up appointments
  • Taking initiatives, thinking differently and possessing never-give-up attitude
  • Sales experience would be plus
