To set up a world class quality system that will become the standard for textile industries.
Job Description

Develop a Quality System to meet the company objectives.
-
Build a team and train them to meet quality system requirements, Develop and Evolve QA
Procedures. Handle Weaving, Processing and Cut & Sew (Confection) Departments.

Daily: Compile and review department wise quality reports.

Weekly: Hold Quality meeting to review performance and discuss CAP and Implementation
Monthly: Quality report with Target vs actual and historical data and plan for upcomingmonth Troubleshoot and Analysis of critical and day to day issues Handle Customer complaints or issues with respect to Quality Contribute to Product Development activities by ensuring Quality requirements are met for all new products/processes. Should handle buyer technical audits
