CNC Cutting Tools Application and Sales Engineer.

A CNC Cutting Tools Application and Sales Engineer drives the sales of cutting tools by providing technical expertise and solutions to manufacturing clients, requiring a combination of sales acumen and deep knowledge of CNC machining and tooling applications

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. 
    • Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base. 
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients. 
  • Technical Support & Solutions:
    • Provide expert advice on the application of CNC cutting tools to customers. 
    • Analyze customer requirements and recommend the most suitable cutting tools and machining strategies. 
    • Address technical inquiries and resolve customer complaints. 
  • Product & Market Expertise:
    • Conduct product demonstrations and deliver technical presentations. 
    • Stay informed about industry trends, new cutting tool technologies, and competitor activities. 
    • Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs and market intelligence. 
  • Customer Interaction:
    • Visit and engage with customers in person to understand their manufacturing processes. 
    • Train customers on the proper use and application of cutting tools.
