Job Title: Branch Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, sales performance, customer service, team management, and business development activities. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth branch functioning while achieving business targets and maintaining company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall branch operations and daily activities.
- Achieve branch sales and business targets.
- Handle customer relationship management and resolve escalations.
- Monitor gold loan / finance process and documentation.
- Lead, train, and motivate branch staff for better performance.
- Ensure proper cash handling and branch-level financial activities.
- Maintain branch assets, records, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor field executives and telecalling team performance.
- Generate leads and increase customer acquisition.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly branch reports.
- Coordinate with higher management regarding branch performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and retention.
Qualifications:
- Any Degree / MBA preferred.
- Background in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in branch handling / team management.
- Experience in Gold Loan / Finance / Banking / NBFC industry preferred.
