Job Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers through various resources.
Generate new business opportunities and qualify leads.
Talk to potential leads over phone, email & LinkedIn.
Collect leads from available resources, databases, references and online platforms.
Follow up consistently with leads until the order is confirmed.
Coordinate with customers for quotations, samples and product discussions.
Update lead status and customer interactions in the CRM/Excel tracker.
Once the order is confirmed, hand over the project smoothly to the Owner/Management for production execution.
Skills Required
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
