Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, client relationship management, and strategic market expansion, preferably in the textile or garment manufacturing sector. This role is critical to our growth and will directly impact our domestic and global market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and export markets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with production, design, and marketing teams to align business strategies.
- Attend trade shows, expos, and networking events to represent the brand.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, B2B sales, or client acquisition roles.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools, lead generation, and pipeline management.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in textile, garments, hosiery, or fashion accessories is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
