Job Summary


We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, maintain client databases, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.


Key Responsibilities


Manage and maintain customer relationships effectively.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
Conduct follow-ups with existing and potential clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements.
Generate reports on customer interactions and sales activities.
Build long-term relationships to enhance customer retention.
Support sales and marketing teams in customer engagement activities.


Required Skills


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Good knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
MBA or relevant certification is an added advantage.
0–3 years of experience in customer relationship management.
