Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated CRM Executive to work remotely and manage customer interactions, follow-ups, and relationship-building activities. The candidate should be self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer interactions through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and leads.
Address customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams remotely to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
Ensure timely communication with clients and stakeholders.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong customer handling and relationship management skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Prior experience in CRM or customer support is preferred.
Experience working remotely will be an added advantage.
