About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and highly creative Digital Marketing Executive with specialized expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). In this role, you will be the driving force behind our paid social strategies, responsible for planning, executing, and scaling high-performing campaigns. If you have a proven track record of maximizing ROI, understanding audience psychology, and navigating the complexities of Meta Ads Manager, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: End-to-end setup, management and scaling of Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns tailored to specific business objectives (Lead Generation, E-commerce Sales, Brand Awareness).
  • Audience Targeting & Strategy: Develop and refine custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and granular retargeting strategies to maximize conversion rates.
  • Optimization & A/B Testing: Continuously test ad creatives, copy, formats and landing pages to lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Tracking & Analytics: Implement and troubleshoot the Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and custom events to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor daily account metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS) and generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers and copywriters to brief, create, and refine scroll-stopping, high-converting ad assets.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with Meta’s algorithm changes, new ad formats, policy updates, and broader digital marketing trends.
