Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to meet potential residential and commercial clients

Understand customer requirements and explain solar solutions confidently
-
Perform basic site analysis for solar feasibility (rooftop condition, shadow analysis, load patterns)
-
Coordinate with the design and technical team to prepare proposals
-
Assist in preparing and collecting documents for proposals, subsidy, and net metering applications
-
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and update CRM regularly
-
Build strong client relationships and support follow-ups for closure
-
Represent the brand professionally in local exhibitions and campaigns
Requirements:
-
1–3 years experience in field sales, preferably in solar, electrical, or infrastructure domains
-
Basic understanding of solar systems and components is a plus
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Tamil & English)

Willingness to travel within and around Coimbatore
-
Ability to manage time independently and handle client meetings professionally
