About the Role

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate leads, meet potential customers, explain our chit fund plans, and convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local marketing.

• Meet customers and explain chit fund plans and payment details.

• Follow up with prospects and assist with registration.

• Maintain good customer relationships.

• Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.

• Coordinate with the office and collection team.

Requirements

• 10th / 12th / Any Degree

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident and customer-friendly.

• Willing to travel locally and work in the field.

• Sales or finance experience is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000/month

• Customer Incentive: ₹1,000 for each new customer successfully enrolled

• Food & Petrol Allowance: ₹300/day for eligible field-work days
