• Lead, motivate & manage the sales team
• Drive monthly & annual sales targets
• Generate new business and develop the Coimbatore market
• Build strong relationships with key customers
• Monitor leads, conversions, follow-ups & sales pipeline
• Handle important client meetings and negotiations
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments
• Coach team members and improve individual performance
• Track daily, weekly & monthly sales performance
• Work closely with Marketing, Operations & Management teams
• Take individual ownership of sales along with team leadership
• Drive revenue growth and consistently achieve targets
