Job Description: IT Software Sales Executive

Position: IT Software Sales Executive

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Education Qualification: Graduate / Diploma

  • Two wheeler with DL must
  • allowance will be provided
  • Coimbatore candidates preferred

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT software, hardware, and POS systems.
  • Meet sales targets by promoting and selling Tally ERP, GST solutions, and POS systems to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

2. Lead Generation:

  • Proactively generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients to ensure a steady flow of new opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to convert them into sales opportunities.

3. Product Demonstration and Support:

  • Provide detailed demonstrations of Tally ERP, GST software, and POS systems to clients.
  • Assist in onboarding and training clients on the use of the software and hardware solutions.

4. Tally Training and Support:

  • Deliver Tally ERP training sessions for clients & academy students and team members to enhance their understanding and usage.
  • Offer ongoing support for troubleshooting and advanced Tally functionalities.
