About the Role:
We are seeking organized and articulate Processing Support Specialists to support a growing remote team. This role involves outbound calling, lead handling, and providing structured support across multiple campaigns. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, confident on the phone, and capable of delivering excellent service while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to engage with potential leads
- Log call outcomes and maintain accurate data records
- Research prospects and gather necessary information

- Coordinate with internal team members for daily support
Skills & Qualifications:
