Job Description

🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming enquiries (Calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.)
- Explain machines and solutions clearly to customers
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain pipeline
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders
- Generate new leads through platforms like Google, IndiaMART, Justdial, etc.
- Reach out to potential customers (farms, food businesses, industries)
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
✅ Requirements
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- Good communication skills (Tamil / Malayalam / English)
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer & smartphone knowledge
- Freshers can apply (Training will be provided)
- Prior experience in sales/marketing is an advantage
