📌 Job Responsibilities

Welcome customers and understand their car-buying requirements.

Explain Maruti Suzuki car models, features, specifications, pricing, and finance options.

Generate leads through walk-in customers, referrals, and follow-up calls.

Arrange vehicle demonstrations and test drives for prospective customers.

Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.

Explain exchange offers, insurance, accessories, and vehicle financing options.

Achieve monthly sales targets set by the dealership.

Maintain customer databases and update lead status regularly.

Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.

Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree.

6 months to 2 years of experience in sales.

Experience in automobile sales, car dealerships, or two-wheeler showrooms is preferred.

Candidates with relevant two-wheeler or four-wheeler sales experience can apply.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Customer-oriented attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.

Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
