Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally
  • Explain EV models, features, specifications, and benefits
  • Conduct test drives and answer technical questions confidently
  • Guide customers through the complete sales process
  • Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or in-person
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve customer issues
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and customer service skill
  • Ability to work independently and handle showroom activities
  • Familiarity with local area and customer preferences is a plus
