Job Description & Roles

  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential customers and markets.
  • Visit industrial customers, OEMs, dealers, and end users to promote company products and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable lubrication system solutions.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and follow up until order closure.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.
  • Coordinate with the design, production, and service teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
  • Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collect customer feedback and provide after-sales support to build long-term relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer visits, enquiries, quotations, and sales activities.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Participate in trade exhibitions, customer meetings, and promotional events.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers in coordination with the accounts department.
  • Represent the company professionally and maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet customers and achieve business objectives.
  • Comply with company policies, sales processes, and reporting requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve organizational sales and growth targets.
