Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage overall sales and business operations for the assigned territory and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, sub-dealers, and key customers.
• Drive primary and secondary sales, ensuring consistent business growth and market coverage.
• Lead and monitor the sales team, including daily field activities, targets, productivity, and performance.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand the dealer network, and increase market share.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies.
• Ensure timely collections, outstanding management, stock planning, and inventory movement.
• Prepare regular sales reports, track business performance, and take corrective actions to achieve targets.
• Take ownership of the territory’s overall business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
