Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our JDA Process team at Justdial Ltd. As a Cold Call Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for outbound calls to potential business clients, introducing them to Justdial’s platform, and on boarding them as associates.

Key Responsibilities:

Make a high volume of outbound cold calls daily to potential customers.

Explain the benefits of becoming a Justdial Associate (JDA).

Generate interest and convert leads into active .

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM.

Follow up with interested leads and ensure smooth onboarding.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and closures.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Required skills
