Job Description
Role Purpose
To generate new business by acquiring customers for gold loans, taking over existing loans from competitors, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving branch sales targets through direct marketing and field activities.
🔷 Key Responsibilities
💰 Sales & Business Development
• Identify potential customers for gold loan services
• Generate new business through field marketing and references
• Take over gold loans from other finance companies/banks by offering better service and benefits
• Promote gold loan products and explain benefits to customers
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Conduct field visits and direct marketing activities
• Generate leads through references and local networking
📞 Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up with existing and potential customers
• Handle customer queries and provide proper solutions
• Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
📋 Loan Processing & KYC Verification
• Assist customers in completing loan applications
• Collect and verify new customer KYC documents
• Ensure KYC compliance as per company and regulatory norms
• Coordinate with branch staff for document collection and verification
• Ensure smooth processing and disbursement of loans
📊 Reporting & Market Analysis
• Submit daily sales reports and activity updates
• Track competitor activities and takeover opportunities
• Analyze market trends and suggest business growth strategies
🔷 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Monthly business target achievement (%)
• Number of new customers acquired
• Number of takeover accounts achieved
• Lead conversion ratio
• Customer retention rate
• KYC accuracy and compliance
• Field visit productivity
🔷 Qualifications
• Any Degree / Diploma
• Experience in sales / marketing / finance preferred
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Willingness to travel for field work

1–5 years in sales / finance / banking / NBFC
🔷 Salary Range
₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives
🔷 Reporting Structure
• Reports to: Branch Manager / Sales Manager
• Coordinates with: Branch Staff, Credit Team, Customers
