Install, commission, and test centralized lubrication systems at customer sites.
Perform preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and troubleshooting of lubrication systems.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and provide effective solutions within the committed turnaround time.
Conduct inspections and ensure proper functioning of lubrication equipment after installation and servicing.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding system operation, maintenance, and best practices.
Attend emergency service calls and resolve customer issues promptly to minimize equipment downtime.
Coordinate with the design, production, and sales teams for technical support and customer requirements.
Prepare service reports, installation reports, and maintenance records after every site visit.
Maintain service schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned service activities.
Assist in product demonstrations, commissioning, and customer training programs.
Identify opportunities for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), spare parts sales, and system upgrades.
Maintain inventory of service tools, spare parts, and consumables required for field service activities.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures while working at customer sites.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing professional and timely service.
Travel extensively to customer locations for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support.
Report recurring technical issues and recommend product improvements based on field observations.
Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and timely issue resolution.
Perform any other service-related responsibilities assigned by the management.
