Job Type: Full Time

Location: Coimbatore

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Lunch Break: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Sunday: Holiday

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers and explain our products and services.

Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate information.

Follow up with new and existing customers.

Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team.

Maintain daily call and follow-up records.

Build good relationships with customers through professional communication.

Required Skills:

Fluent in English and Tamil.

Good communication and telephone etiquette.

Customer handling and follow-up skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp is an added advantage.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Sales-oriented mindset.

Experience: 1–3 years

Freshers: Can apply if they have good communication skills.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on experience and skills.

Incentives: Performance-based incentives available.
