Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers using prepared sales scripts.

  • Explain products or services to potential clients and handle questions or objections.

  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert inquiries into sales or appointments.

  • Maintain and update customer database with accurate and relevant information.

  • Follow up with customers through calls or emails to ensure satisfaction or encourage repeat business.

  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and sales targets.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion.

  • Provide feedback on customer trends, interests, and potential improvements to products or services.

  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
