Telecaller

Position: Telecaller / Customer Support Executive
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: Fresher / Experienced (Both can apply)

• Make outbound calls to prospective leads/customers.
• Explain product / project details clearly and confidently.
• Maintain customer database and follow up regularly.
• Schedule meetings / site visits / appointments for the sales team.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Positive attitude and convincing ability.
• Ability to handle customer objections politely.
• Minimum qualification: 12th / Degree (any stream).
• Experience in telecalling / customer support / sales is an added advantage.
• Female candidates preferred (if applicable).
