Job Description
We, Lumous Global Ventures, are hiring Telecalling Executives for a client who is seeking skilled professionals to enhance their business operations.
Position Details:
- Position: Telecalling Executive
- Number of Openings: 10 (Female Staff Only)
- Work Location: Onsite, Coimbatore
- Languages Required:
- Mandatory: English, Tamil
- Advantage: Hindi
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential and existing customers to promote the client’s services/products or address inquiries.
- Lead Conversion: Identify, qualify, and convert leads effectively.
- Customer Engagement: Build a positive relationship with customers through professional communication and follow-ups.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of interactions and customer information.
- Performance Targets: Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed performance goals.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Tamil is required; knowledge of Hindi is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and listening skills.
- Experience: Prior telecalling or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to handle calls with patience, professionalism, and clarity.
