Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and generating leads or sales. This role is perfect for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer engagement.
Key Responsibility
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Generate leads and schedule follow-ups for sales or further discussions.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, or sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and feedback in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
Requirements
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
Strong verbal communication skills is required. Preferred Tamil.Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM tools (training will be provided).
Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
