Job Description

Job Title: Telesales Executive – Banking

Location: Within TAMILNADU

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our banking sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling banking products and services over the phone to new and existing customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales orientation, and a customer-first attitude.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred).

  • Experience: 1–2 years of telesales, call center, or banking sales experience preferred.

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Persuasive, target-driven, and customer-oriented.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, MS Office, etc.).

  • Fluency in [English / local language] as required.
