CNC / VTL Operator – Fresher

We are looking for freshers with a Mechanical Engineering or related qualification to join our manufacturing team as CNC / VTL Operators.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and VTL machines as per production requirements.

• Perform machine loading, unloading, and basic operating activities.

• Follow engineering drawings and work instructions.

• Monitor machining operations and production quality.

• Use measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometers where required.

• Check components for dimensional accuracy.

• Assist senior operators and supervisors with production activities.

• Follow machine operating procedures and workplace safety guidelines.

• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping around the work area.

• Report machine, quality, or production issues to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Fresher candidates are welcome.

• Mechanical Engineering or related Mechanical qualification.

• Basic understanding of machining and mechanical concepts.

• Ability to understand basic engineering drawings.

• Basic knowledge of dimensional measurement.

• Knowledge of CNC/VTLoperations or practical training is an advantage.

• Good attention to accuracy and quality.

• Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.

• Willingness to work according to assigned production schedules and shifts.

Salary: ₹20,000 per month

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
