Job Summary:
We are looking for an Office & HR Admin to support daily, administrative tasks, HR operations and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have good communication, organizational skills and basic knowledge of HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage overall office administration activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including office maintenance, housekeeping, stationery and pantry management, petty cash handling, asset tracking, and general administrative support.
• Handling recruitment (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews)
• Manage onboarding and induction process
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Assist with payroll and PF/ESIC processing
• Handling leaves management and employee queries
• Support employee engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws
Requirements:
• Minimum Graduate (MBA in HR is a plus)
• 1 – 2 years of experience in Office & HR Administration
• Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Familiarity with payroll, HR processes, and office administration
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication skills in English
