We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the company. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Ensure prompt and professional responses to client queries and requests.
Project Coordination: Assist project managers in organizing project-related documentation, scheduling tasks, and tracking project progress. Facilitate communication between team members and clients to ensure project milestones are met on time.
Financial Administration: Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting. Coordinate with accounting team to ensure timely processing of payments and accurate record-keeping.
HR Support: Assist with recruiting efforts, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate evaluations, and maintaining HR records. Provide administrative support for employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records and documentation, including contracts, agreements, and client proposals. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
