We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Relationship Manager to join our finance company. As a Business Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and act as a liaison between our company and their organizations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the finance industry.

  5. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert knowledge and guidance on financial products and services offered by our company.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  7. Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue and enhance client satisfaction.
  8. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and present relevant insights and recommendations.
  9. Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to effectively advise clients and maintain a competitive edge.
  10. Monitor client satisfaction levels, track key performance indicators, and implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.
  11. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  12. Minimum 1 year of working experience in any NBFC or any financial sector.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
  2. Proven work experience as a Business Relationship Manager or in a similar client-facing role within the finance industry.
  3. Solid understanding of financial products, services, and industry regulations.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.
  5. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  7. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  8. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage client relationships.
  9. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  10. Professional demeanor and a commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards.
