Designation: Client Support Engineer
Location: Kalapatti, Coimbatore.
Role: Full Time Work From Office
Job ROLE:
– Work on client projects with team, from engineering, IT to back office projects
– Review client documents and create executive summaries
– Review client videos and create video indexes, transcription and storyboards
– Provide operations support for client – reporting, work processing, task management, billing & accounting and quality checks
– Works specifically with computer software perform tasks and create reports and updates for clients
– Extend technical support on software for internal and external clients
– Offer proactive communication to clients, account managers and project managers
– Providing support in the form of procedural and software documentation and testing
– Administrative support for the office and staff
QUALIFICATION:
– Excellent and fluent English written and oral communication skills
– Good process oriented thinking and good analytical skills
– Expertise with computer operations, MS Excel, MS Word, Internet browsing
– Expertise with design software applications such as Solid Works, AutoCAD
– Bachelor of Engineering BE(ECE,CSE,IT,MECH and other)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs 12000 to 15000/- Per Month
Schedule:
Day shift
Monday to Friday (9:00am to 5:30pm)
Saturday (10:00am to 3:00pm)
Freshers (Preferred)
