HIRING 3D GENERALIST, ARCHITECT, VISUALIZER

 

The 3D Generalist/Architectural Visualizer will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, animations, and renders for architectural projects. The incumbent will collaborate with the design team to bring their ideas to life and communicate design concepts effectively to clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Create accurate 3D models of buildings and landscapes using various software tools.
2. Develop and produce high-quality animations and visualizations that effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
3. Collaborate with the design team to produce realistic and visually appealing renders of architectural projects.
4. Utilize rendering software and techniques to create realistic lighting and textures for 3D models.
5. Create high-quality walkthroughs and flythroughs of architectural projects.
6. Continuously develop and improve skills in 3D modeling, animation, and rendering.
7. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
8. Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
9. Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members when required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a 3D Generalist/Architectural Visualizer.
3. Proficiency in using software tools such as Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
4. Strong knowledge of architectural visualization techniques and principles.
5. Experience with 3D modeling, animation, and rendering of architectural projects.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with a team of designers, architects, and project managers.
7. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
10. Attention to detail and accuracy.
11. Proven track record of delivering quality results.
