HR Manager


  • Source, recruit, and hire top talent for Envision Engineering, for a variety of professional positions
  • Partner with various hiring managers across the organization to execute hiring plans
  • Administer new hire processes including onboarding, orientations, and announcements.
  • Partner with managers on performance management, leads workplace investigations, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the company’s existing culture to keep employees excitedand engaged
  • Employee relations, employee development & retention, and HR training
  • Coach and counsel managers on employee relations issues, performance management, and employee development
  • Analyze Onboarding, Employee Engagement, Manager Feedback, and Exit surveyinformation and make recommendations for leaders
  • Prepare proposals for employee recognition programs.
  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Assist in succession planning and in building development plans for high-potential and key employees to support our growth agenda. 
Education and experience 
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources after completion of postgraduate in Human Resources
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong Analytical skills.
  • Problem-Solving ability.
  • Self-Starter & Decision Maker
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
