Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, and hire top talent for Envision Engineering, for a variety of professional positions
- Partner with various hiring managers across the organization to execute hiring plans
- Administer new hire processes including onboarding, orientations, and announcements.
- Partner with managers on performance management, leads workplace investigations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the company’s existing culture to keep employees excitedand engaged
- Employee relations, employee development & retention, and HR training
- Coach and counsel managers on employee relations issues, performance management, and employee development
- Analyze Onboarding, Employee Engagement, Manager Feedback, and Exit surveyinformation and make recommendations for leaders
- Prepare proposals for employee recognition programs.
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Assist in succession planning and in building development plans for high-potential and key employees to support our growth agenda.
Education and experience
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources after completion of postgraduate in Human Resources
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong Analytical skills.
- Problem-Solving ability.
- Self-Starter & Decision Maker
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
