Job Description

  • Source potential candidates through different sources.
  • Track & report daily/weekly progress across different Verticals resource requirements.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, in-person/remote interviews, and the hiring team/vertical.
  • Design job descriptions that reflect each position’s requirements to make JDs live in Careers & other online platforms working with the Digital Team.
  • Coordinate employer branding initiatives along with the colleagues
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Candidate Requirement:

  • Relevant minimum work experience of 1 Year in handling non-IT recruitment.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • Any graduate with HR RECRUITER or recruitment experience.
