Roles and Responsibilities
Forecasting & understanding the buyers requirement and the same has been captured in the photo quote.
Prompt and Immediate reply and closure of any communication from buyer | suppliers end regarding any issues or quires
To review, negotiate and to receive appropriate price quote from suppliers.
Responsible for sample development with most cost & time effective approach.
Selection and finalizing of suppliers for the upcoming orders based on their experience of making similar products.
Meeting suppliers and explaining new development requirement to their team.
Forecast and Plan for new season sampling and production orders.
To develop and maintain good supplier relations to set and maintain a supplier process.
Sourcing of new supplier for any new developments.
Responsible for maintaining Sample Stock room.
On the whole responsible for Co-ordination with other departments and responsible for reduction of QC issues and achieve the complete process and ensuring for correct on time shipment.
