Job Description

We are hiring a Personal Assistant for Our Leading Company in Pondicherry. Personal Assistant perform secretarial work with day-t0-day administrative support. Their duties include answering calls, scheduling appointments, and managing travel arrangements

Responsibilities

  • Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of management
  • Maintain all hard copy and digital records for ongoing executive projects
  • Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents and presentations
  • Laising with internal departments, answering calls,  making arrangements
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calender, and sending remainders
  • Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records
  • Observing best business practices and etiquette

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook as well as call forwarding
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
