We are hiring a Personal Assistant for Our Leading Company in Pondicherry. Personal Assistant perform secretarial work with day-t0-day administrative support. Their duties include answering calls, scheduling appointments, and managing travel arrangements
Responsibilities
- Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of management
- Maintain all hard copy and digital records for ongoing executive projects
- Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents and presentations
- Laising with internal departments, answering calls, making arrangements
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calender, and sending remainders
- Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records
- Observing best business practices and etiquette
Requirements and Skills
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook as well as call forwarding
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
