Senior Supply Chain Executive (BPO)- industry

We are hiring a senior supply chain executive for the leading  BPO industry in coimbatore, Prior experience in working with IT/Software is a must. Experience with US/UK customers is a plus. Good communication skills are required.

Roles and Responsibilities 

• Process and enter data based on defined procedures and guidelines.
• Making sure of the data accuracy
• Working with overseas clients
• Escalating and resolving inadequate data or information
• Achieving targets for both quantity and quality
• Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
• Determine key supply chain KPIs.
• Suggest solutions for process improvements.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner.
• Train and evaluate others.
• Provide constructive feedback.
• Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine the best vendors and distributors.
• Build and maintain good relationships with vendors.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in BPO with data entry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience interacting with overseas clients (US/UK)
• Willing to work in Rotational shift timings and night shifts
• Flair to take challenges and handle multi tasks

Qualifications:

• Degree/PG, MBA will be an added advantage
• Should have good working knowledge on computer
• Knowledge of ERP software is a must
• Knowledge of EXCEL is a must
