We are hiring a telecalling executive for our company, candidate should be cut in English and MS Excel MID a level career and have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
International client handling skills is must.

Duties and responsibilities,
- Making outbound calls to potential customers or leads.
- Introducing the product or service and highlighting its features and benefits.
- Answering any questions or concerns that the customer may have.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Following up with leads and closing sales.
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Staying up to date on industry trends, product developments and competition.
- Communicating customer feedback to the product development team.
