Wanted immediately Quality Assistant – Fabric Checking

Job Description

Skyline Exports deal with only Home Textile Products – Bed linen Made up’s.

• Key responsibility is to inspect & check the fabric to identify the presence of fabric faults before it pass to the cutting stage.
• Perform Inspection of incoming raw materials, analyse the findings for discrepancy & photograph for recording purposes.
• Records numbers and types of defects of fabric in pre-production phase. Co-ordinate with suppliers for minimum defects.
• To check the fabrics produced, efficiently so as to get the quality output with minimum defects.
• Knowledge in Weaving & Processing defect levels & raise the relevant reports for records.
• Knowledge in 4 point systems, observe hand feel & identify the colour shade & variations of the fabric.
• Sound technical skills in inspection areas (Initial, mid line, final inspection) in Home textile industry specifically bed linen made up’s.
