JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The primary role and responsibilities include:

  • Recruitment: Sourcing, screening and interviewing of desired candidates
  • Maintain Database: Attendance Leave management
  • Joining formalities: Induction and on-boarding of the new recruits to the system and to explain them Hr policies and procedures
  • Documentation: Creation of confirmation letters, experience, relieving letter, monitor contract expiry for renewals maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
  • Handling the full and final settlement of the employees
  • Taking care of entire admin activities.
  • Planning and execution of Engagement activities
  • Educating employees on HR policies, procedures benefits
