- Identify prospective clients who wish to Immigrate Canada, Australia and Quebec.
- Efficient phone etiquette and Email etiquette.
- Provide information, guidance and support to clients regarding immigration process.

- Register and retain prospective clients for the organization .
- Provide continuous support to clients until the commencement of case processing.
- Ability to work under target pressure.
- Good learning and presentation skills.
