Sales and Marketing Executive

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Any Graduate / Diploma.
• Work experience as a sales and marketing executive in civil and construction related products / background.

MANDATORY SKILLS:

• The ability and desire to sell.
• Excellent communication skills (tamil and english)
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
• To overcome the competition and win.
• Manage Social media handles and pitch business leads.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Android Phone
• Must have Two-Wheeler with Licenses.
• Local resident – Preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generating leads, Marketing calls, Follow-ups, etc.

• Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
• Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.

• Establish new relationships by researching, adding, and developing new clients.
• Meet Architects, interior designers, contractors, individual customers etc.
• Do site visits, factory visits.
• Present our services in an accurate and positive manner over the phone and on direct visits.
• Take care of Sales in our showroom.

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way.

• Drafting quotations, sales order, managing databases in Excel, use of CRM.
• Should be open to support all kinds of errands, if there is a requirement.
