VMax Wellness is searching for a highly-creative Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead the marketing team.

Scope of rapid growth with frequent appraisals (Performance based)

Required skill:

. Candidates must have experience in Influencer Marketing. 

. Candidates must have experience in Facebook Ad campaigns and Social media marketing.

. Candidates with experience in a service-oriented business are preferred. 

Your duties will include:

. Handle a team of 2 Digital marketing AM’s and 12 Digital marketing Executives.  

. Planning digital marketing campaigns in FB & Google ads SEO/SEM, email marketing and social media/ YT.

. Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels (FB, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Quora, Pinterest etc).

. Work hands-on with internal teams to create landing pages for different marketing campaigns

. Plan best practices and improve website analytics.

. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

. Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.

. Collaborate with the internal sales team to grow leads (inbound outbound both).

. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

. Work with our team to brainstorm new and innovative Products and Service ideas.

. Measuring, budgeting and reporting all efforts with digital marketing on a weekly basis.

Requirements

. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, Marketing database, Email, and/or social media campaigns in the last twelve months.

. Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns.

. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.

. Hands-on Experience on all social media platforms.

. Content creation skills.

. Experience in writing ad copies.

. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.

. Solid knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, BuzzSumo, Google Search Console, Hubspot, Google Tag Manager) or willingness to learn. 

. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.

. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

. Good time-management skills.

. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

. 2 – 4 years of full-time Digital Marketing experience.

Scope of rapid growth with frequent appraisals (Performance based)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹100,000.00 per month ( Based on experience )
