Accountant Lead – US F&A Process

Responsibilities:
Process and Support month-end closing activities
Prepare Financial Reports – P&L Account, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Statement.
Generate MIS Reports – AR Aging Analysis, AP Aging Analysis, Custom Reports.
Detailed review of financial statements
Understand customer’s line of business
Handle transition of customers’ books
Manage a team of 2 to 5
Study processes and suggest improvements
Process and Support AR/AP/Bank Etc. as and when necessary.

Candidate Profile:
Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Commerce
5+ Years of Experience with strong accounting principles
Excellent written & verbal English communication
Experience in Software’s like QuickBooks, Sage and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
Excellent analytical & logical reasoning skills; an eye for details
Ability to work in Nightshift
