• To maintain good quality sized beam with the available infrastructure

•  Controlling of spares inventory

5.     Manpower Management

•   Manage the team efficiently and manpower allotment should be organized diligently.

6.     Maintenance

• Machine Maintenance, Preventive maintenance and breakdown schedule follow-up
• Control of thick and thin type of faults in machine
• Allocation of detailed approach to machinery parts and defectives correction
• Verify the purchased machinery spares and components
• Commissioning of new machineries on time

7.     Troubleshooting

• Breakdown free follow-up
• Monitor and control outsourced services [Mechanical]

8.     System Improvements

• Documenting the EMP’s and implementing the activities to achieve the objectives and targets Preparation of monthly report and submit to the management
